Terms and Conditions

Your order is confirmed by email & sent within 5 working days, by Postnord & delivered to your nearest postoffice / point of pickup.

Personal delivery is available for all Copenhagen based customers, within 24 hours - just click our BellBoy service at the check out & I will send my favourite family, with all your lovelies.

If a product is sold out & it is impossible to fullfill the order, money will be refunded thru Stripe immediately.

Returns and Exchanges

We have standard return & exchange service of 14 days.

The product you wish to exchange, has to be returned new, unworn & in mint conditon by post - expenses paid by you.

Please write or call me if something has not met your exspectations & I will make sure everything is taken care of, 

I can assist with a personal pick up, if you are based in Copenhagen - just let me know & we will work things out.
